The room at Phuc Sinh Homestay had pre-chilled drinks in the mini-fridge, which was a delightful surprise after a long journey. It felt like a refreshing treat just for me. Having a private bathroom with a shower in the room was a convenient and comfortable feature. I could freshen up in my own space without any hassle. The bungalow had a balcony, seating area, and private entrance, creating a cozy and secluded atmosphere. It felt like my own little retreat in the middle of nature. The quadruple room had a tile/marble floor, which added a touch of elegance and made the space feel more luxurious. The soundproofing in the quadruple room was a great addition. It allowed me to have a peaceful and uninterrupted night's sleep. The option of having air conditioning in some units was fantastic. It ensured that I could escape the heat and relax in a cool and comfortable environment. The quadruple room included a tumble dryer, which was incredibly convenient. I could easily dry my clothes and pack them for my next adventure without any hassle.
Personally, I found the balcony in the quadruple room to be a bit small. However, others might still find it enjoyable for a peaceful morning coffee or an evening sunset.

All in all had great experience for 5 nights.
We chose this place for fantastic location right by other restaurants or anything like that and the Têt festival, and good prices. There was walk-in showers in the bathroom, it was tiled, btw. Food for breakfast was appetising. Nothing to complain about, everything was great.

The room at Phuc Sinh Homestay was perfect for our family. We loved the pre-chilled drinks waiting for us in the mini fridge, and the private bathroom with a refreshing shower. The patio and seating area provided a great place to relax and enjoy the view. With its balcony and private entrance, the bungalow felt like our own little paradise. The tile/marble floor in the quadruple room gave it a clean and modern feel, and we appreciated the soundproofing for a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, the airconditioning kept us cool in the Vietnamese heat. And let's not forget the tumble dryer - a lifesaver for drying those wet towels after a day of exploring.
Although it is a personal preference, we found that the balcony in the quadruple room was a bit small for our liking. But we understand that others might still enjoy having a balcony, so it may not be a downside for everyone.

Phuc Sinh Homestay was a delightful escape from the tourist crowds. I enjoyed exploring the area by bike and learning about local life. The host was helpful and even brought our forgotten charger to the bus station.
Who needs an alarm when you have roosters? The early morning wake-up call was.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable and spacious bungalow, beautiful garden, and free bicycles to explore the area. The location was peaceful and not too far from the city center, making it easy to try out the local specialties.
Breakfast delights could have been improved with a greater variety of options.

The food was fresh and delicious, and the hosts were very kind and supportive. They helped us find transportation to and from the hotel, which was a huge help. The location was perfect, close to tourist attractions but still surrounded by nature. The best part was being able to relax in the hammock and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
The area around the hotel didn't offer much for independent exploration unless you had a scooter. The guided tour we took was a bit disappointing as we didn't get to see much production at the local market or honey farm.
